Registering an account with SkyOlix is very easy. You can follow the steps outlined below:

1. From our website or mobile application, please click on "Login".

2. Insert your mobile phone number. This must be your unique mobile number that has not previously been used to register an account with SkyOlix.

3. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to you to verify the mobile number over either text message or Whatsapp or Viber (depending on your country of residence).

4. You will then be directed to provide us with your name and password. You can also provide us with your email and a profile picture to improve your profile completeness.

Please note that you will need to remember your selected password so you can login to the account again if you log out of the account at any point in time. We recommend that you use a more complicated password that contains a mix of numbers, letters and special characters.

4. A new one-time password (OTP) will be sent to you to verify the mobile number over either text message or Whatsapp or Viber (depending on your country of residence).

5. When you have access to your account again, you should change it to a new password that only you know.

When you register your account, one-time password (OTP) will then be sent to you to verify the mobile number over either text message or Whatsapp or Viber (depending on your country of residence).

If this happens, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Click on "Resend OTP".

2. If you still do not receive the OTP for any reason, please contact our customer service team and give them your mobile number. They will be able to assist you with this issue.

No, this is not possible. In accordance with our Terms of Use, each user (and by extension, each mobile number) can be linked to only one account at any one time.

You can verify the following steps in case you are experiencing an issue with verifying your phone number:

  1. Check WhatsApp Number: Ensure that the WhatsApp number you are using for registration is the same number associated with your device for login or registration.

  2. Verify Non-Ban: Make sure you have not blocked our number on WhatsApp. If blocking is enabled, please unblock before attempting again.

  3. Contact Us for Assistance: If you encounter problems that cannot be resolved with the mentioned steps, please send a message to our phone number (962791003833). An automated message with a login link will be sent; please do not click on it. Instead, go through the login or registration steps again, and the verification code will be sent correctly this time in the same conversation.

My Account

To change the account name, you simply do the following:

1. Go to "Account".

2. Click on "Manage Account".

3. Click on "Edit Profile".

4. Edit the account name.

To change the mobile number linked to your account, you simply do the following:

1. Go to "Account".

2. Click on "Manage Account".

3. Click on "Edit Profile".

4. Edit the phone number.

5. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to you to verify the mobile number over either text message or Whatsapp or Viber (depending on your country of residence).

To change the email address linked to your account, you simply do the following:

1. Go to "Account".

2. Click on "Manage Account".

3. Click on "Edit Profile".

4. Edit the email address.

5. An email will be sent to you to verify the email address.

To hide your mobile number from your user profile, you simply do the following:

1. Go to "Account".

2. Click on "Manage Account".

3. Click on "Edit Profile".

4. Below your phone number, you click the button that indicates that you wish to hide your number from profile.

Unfortunately, you are not able to hide your mobile number from listings, as phone calls are the main way for other users on the platform to contact you.

To change your notification settings, you simply do the following:

1. Go to "Account".

2. Click on the "Settings" icon.

3. Click on "Notification Settings".

4. Only select those notifications that you wish to receive.

To log out of your account, you simply do the following:

1. Go to "Account".

2. Click on the "Settings" icon.

3. Click on "Logout".

To delete your account, you simply do the following:

1. Go to "Account".

2. Click on the "Settings" icon.

3. Click on "Account Settings".

4. Click on "Remove my account".

You need to register a new account once you delete your account, as it will be no longer available. While you cannot re-register with the same mobile number you used for the now-deleted account, you will no longer have access to listings or other information that you had previously shared.
